POLICY ON PROTECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION OF WEBSITE USERS

1. General Terms and Conditions
1.1. This Policy defines the procedure for processing and protecting personal information provided by users of the website, services, or during registration by Limited Liability Company “Brionica” (hereinafter referred to as LLC “Brionica”).

1.2. The purpose of this Policy is to ensure the proper protection of personal information that the User provides about themselves when using the Website, Services, or during the registration process (creation of an account) to purchase goods/services, from unauthorized access and disclosure.

1.3. Relations related to the collection, storage, distribution, and protection of information provided by the User are governed by this Policy, other official documents of Brionica LLC, and the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

1.4. By registering on the Website and using the Website and Services, the User expresses their full agreement with the terms of this Policy.

1.5. If the User does not agree with the terms of this Policy, the use of the Website and/or any Services available when using the Website must be immediately terminated.

1.6. If the User does not agree to receive information from Brionica LLC and/or Affiliated Persons, the User may unsubscribe from the mailing list by sending a notification to welcome@brionica.com. When notifications are received by email at welcome@brionica.com or by telephone to the contact center, a request is created in special software for recording actions related to the relevant User based on the information received from the User. The request is processed within a maximum of 24 hours. As a result, the User's information is not included in the mailing list for the relevant region.

2. Purposes of collecting, processing, and storing information provided by users of the Website
2.1. The User's personal data is processed in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation. Brionica LLC processes the User's personal data for the following purposes:

- identification of the party within the framework of agreements and contracts concluded with Brionica LLC and/or Affiliated Persons;

- providing the User with goods/services, a non-exclusive license, access to the Website, Services;

- communicating with the User, sending transactional emails to the User upon receipt of a registration application on the Website or receipt of payment from the User, on a one-time basis, if the User performs these actions, sending notifications and requests to the User;

- sending the User advertising and/or informational messages — no more than 1 message per day;

- checking, researching, and analyzing such data to maintain and improve the services and sections of the Website, as well as to develop new services and sections of the Website;

- conducting statistical and other research based on anonymized data.

3. Terms and conditions for processing personal information provided by the User and its transfer to third parties
3.1. Brionica LLC takes all necessary measures to protect the User's personal data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

3.2. Brionica LLC provides access to the User's personal data only to those employees, contractors, and Affiliates who need this information to ensure the functioning of the Website, Services, and the provision of Services, the sale of goods, and the receipt of a non-exclusive license by the User.

3.3. Brionica LLC has the right to use the information provided by the User, including personal data, in order to ensure compliance with the requirements of the current legislation of the Russian Federation (including for the purpose of preventing and/or suppressing illegal and/or unlawful actions of Users). The disclosure of information provided by the User may only be carried out in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation at the request of a court, law enforcement agencies, as well as in other cases provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

3.4. Brionica LLC does not verify the accuracy of the information provided by the User and assumes that the User, in good faith, provides accurate and sufficient information and ensures that any changes to previously provided information are made in a timely manner when necessary, including but not limited to changes to the telephone number.

4. Terms of Use of the Website and Services
4.1. By using the Website, the User confirms that:

- they have all the necessary rights to register (create an account) and use the Website Services;

- they provide accurate information about themselves to the extent necessary to use the Website Services; mandatory fields for further provision of the Website Services are marked in a special way; all other information is provided by the user at their own discretion.

- understands that the information posted on the Website by the User about themselves may become available to third parties not specified in this Policy and may be copied and distributed by them;

- is familiar with this Policy, agrees to it, and accepts the rights and obligations specified therein. Familiarization with the terms of this Policy and checking the box under the link to this Policy constitutes the User's written consent to the collection, storage, processing, and transfer to third parties of personal data provided by the User.

4.2. Brionica LLC does not verify the accuracy of the information received (collected) about Users, except in cases where such verification is necessary in order to fulfill its obligations to the User.

5. Within the scope of this Policy, “User's personal information” means:
5.1. Data provided by the User independently when using the Website and Services, including but not limited to: first name, last name, gender, mobile phone number and/or email address, marital status, date of birth, hometown, family ties, home address, information about education, and occupation.

5.2. Data that is automatically transmitted to the Services during their use by means of software installed on the User's device, including IP address, cookie information, information about the user's browser (or other program used to access the Services), access time, and the address of the requested page.

5.3 Other information about the User, the collection and/or provision of which is specified in the Regulatory Documents of individual Services of Brionica LLC.

6. Modification and deletion of personal data
6.1. The user may at any time change (update, supplement) the personal information provided by them or part thereof, as well as its confidentiality settings, using the personal data editing function in the section or in the personal section of the relevant Service. The user is obliged to ensure that changes to previously provided information are made in a timely manner and that it is kept up to date, otherwise Brionica LLC shall not be liable for failure to receive notifications, goods/services, etc.

6.2. The user may also delete the personal information provided by them within a specific account. However, deleting an account may result in the inability to use certain Services.

7. Changes to the Privacy Policy. Applicable law
7.1. Brionica LLC has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy. When changes are made to the current version, the date of the last update is indicated. The new version of the Policy comes into force from the moment it is posted, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Policy. The current version is always available at http://brionica.com/confidence_eng.

7.2. This Policy and the relationship between the User and Brionica LLC arising in connection with the application of the Privacy Policy shall be governed by the laws of the Russian Federation.
